- Pneumatic Down the Hole Hammer Impact: The core action of breaking the formation - After high-pressure air enters the interior of the down the hole hammer, it pushes the piston in the hammer body to perform high-frequency reciprocating motion (up to 800-2000 impacts per minute). The piston repeatedly impacts the drill bit at the lower end of the down the hole hammer, converting the pressure energy of high-pressure air into mechanical impact energy.
- Low Speed Rotation of Drilling Tools: Expand the diameter of the hole and break it evenly - At the same time as pneumatic impact, the rotary mechanism of the drilling rig drives the drill rod, down the hole hammer, and drill bit to perform low-speed, low torque rotary motion, allowing the impact surface of the drill bit to evenly cover the bottom of the well, expanding the range of impact fragmentation to the designed wellbore diameter.
- High Pressure Gas Lift Slag Removal + Cooling: Maintain continuous drilling - After completing the formation fragmentation, high-pressure air will not be completely consumed, and a portion of the airflow will be ejected from the slag discharge hole of the drill bit, mixing with the rock debris at the bottom of the well to form a gas-solid mixed flow.
