Core Working Principle

The power machine drives the gear transmission inside the crankcase, converting rotary motion into the reciprocating motion of the crosshead and piston rod. This drives the piston to advance and retreat alternately within the cylinder liner. When the piston retreats, the suction chamber volume increases and pressure decreases, causing the suction valve to open and draw in mud. When the piston advances, the suction chamber volume decreases and pressure increases, closing the suction valve and opening the discharge valve to pump high-pressure mud through the pipeline to the drilling site.

The dual-cylinder, dual-acting design ensures stable displacement. Combined with a variable speed mechanism for adjustable stroke frequency, it enables switching between different flow rates (850/600 L/min) and corresponding pressures (2.0/3.0 MPa), meeting various drilling requirements.

Structure and Key Features

Dual speed adjustable: The crankcase is equipped with two pairs of variable speed gears (speed ratio 1.33, 1.86), which can be switched through the handle to obtain two displacement/pressure combinations, adapting to different hole depths and aperture requirements and saving energy consumption.
Transmission and pump head: Crankshaft connecting rod crosshead drive dual piston synchronous reciprocating; The piston is assembled and equipped with wear-resistant cylinder liners. The piston rod adopts conical centering and O-ring sealing; The pump head is equipped with a packing box (V-shaped sealing ring), which is reliable in sealing and easy to replace; The outlet is equipped with an air bag to stabilize pressure and reduce pulsation, and is also equipped with an adjustable spring safety valve for overload protection.
Friendly operation and maintenance: The ball clutch enables quick start stop and strictly prohibits reverse rotation; The overall channel steel base is easy to lift and install; The crankcase adopts splash lubrication, with oil drain ports at the bottom and clear layout of maintenance points.
