Application Scenarios
Primarily used for geological drilling including hydrological well drilling, freezing drilling, grouting drilling, core drilling, anchoring drilling, and more. Also applicable for high-concentration slurry transportation in metallurgy, chemical engineering, and mining industries. Some models are suitable for mountainous area terrace field irrigation.
Drilling Depth Compatibility
Compatible with large-diameter drilling rigs operating at depths from 200 to 600 meters. Upgraded models like TBW850-5A can accommodate grouting drills and water well drills up to 1000 meters depth.
Conveying Media
Primarily handles slurry, capable of conveying high-concentration mixtures containing solid particles such as river sand, gravel, tailings, iron sand, and ore sand, with sand content controlled to ≤10%.

Core Maintenance Guide
Daily Operation & Maintenance
- Monitor bearing temperature in real-time, ensuring temperature rise doesn't exceed 40℃
- Inspect sealing parts (packing, V-rings) and address mud leakage promptly
- Regularly lubricate pull rod and auxiliary rod with engine oil
- Clean debris from suction faucet filter screen to prevent blockage
- Maintain sand content in mud within 10% to minimize wear
Regular Maintenance (Fixed Cycle)
- Use No. 30 machine oil for crankcase, change oil every 3 months
- Inject calcium-based lubricating grease into belt pulley oil cups once per shift
- Regularly inspect and replace worn parts: valve seat, rubber valve plate, piston cup, cylinder liner
- Quarterly inspections of connecting rod bearing clearance and gear/bearing wear condition
Maintenance After Shutdown
- Routine shutdown: Drain mud from discharge pipe and clean pump head impurities
- Winter protection: Thoroughly drain residual liquid to prevent frost cracking
- Long-term shutdown (over 1 month): Drain crankcase oil, flush channels with clean water
- Apply butter to moving parts and seal suction/discharge ports to prevent rust and dust
