1.Full Hydraulic Drilling & Lifting Structure
The whole drilling tower is driven by heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders. Operators control lifting, lowering, forward and reverse rotation of the power head through simple hand valves. The hydraulic system provides powerful pulling force for pulling out drill pipes, greatly cutting down manual labor intensity. An independent hydraulic oil cooling device is built into the loop, which keeps oil temperature stable during long-time continuous drilling work, avoiding overheating shutdown and extending the service life of hydraulic components. The foldable vertical drill tower occupies small space when transported, and can be fully unfolded and locked within minutes before drilling.
2.Mobile Wheeled Chassis & Stabilization Design
The integrated base is fitted with thickened anti-wear traction wheels, with a reserved traction connector at the front. It can be easily towed by tricycles, small tractors or pickup trucks, passing smoothly over bumpy rural dirt roads, farm ridges and mountain access roads without disassembly. Four heavy-duty adjustable support legs are installed at four corners of the frame. Before drilling, users can lower the legs to lift the whole machine off the ground, level the equipment precisely, and form a firm stable support platform. This structure eliminates shaking during high-speed rotary drilling, ensures vertical boreholes and avoids hole deviation.
3. Integrated One Piece Frame Design
Engine, mud pump, hydraulic station, drill tower and control assembly are all pre-mounted firmly on one solid steel frame before delivery. There is no complicated frame splicing, pipeline connection or electrical wiring work for customers after receiving the machine. Users only need to connect drill pipes and prepare water storage barrels to start drilling construction directly. The whole machine layout is compact and reasonable, with protective covers for vulnerable pipelines and electrical parts to resist dust, mud and outdoor weather erosion.
4. Easy Operation & Low Skill Threshold
The operation panel only consists of several hydraulic control handles, with no complex PLC or precise electronic programming. New workers can master complete operation procedures including lifting tower, feeding drill, rotating power head and controlling mud circulation after 1–2 hours of simple training. The failure rate of mechanical hydraulic structure is far lower than fully electric drilling rigs, and spare parts are universal and easy to source locally in most countries. Daily maintenance only includes engine oil replacement, hydraulic oil inspection and pipeline tightness check, no professional technicians required for routine upkeep.
