Precautions for drilling rigs
1. The crawler type water well drilling rig must have special training, strict examination and certain working experience before taking the post with certificate;
2. The crawler type water well driller must master the operation essentials and comprehensive maintenance knowledge of the drilling rig, and have considerable experience and methods of troubleshooting
3. When shipping the drilling rig, safety inspection shall be carried out. All parts of the drilling rig shall be complete, and the cable shall be free of electric leakage, drill pipe, drill tool and other five damage phenomena;
4. The crawler type water well drilling rig shall be firmly loaded, and the turning or ramp shall be slow and fixed with steel wire fixing points;
5. When entering the construction site, the drilling rig tower shall be fixed, the area of the drilling site shall be larger than the drilling rig seat, and there shall be enough safe space around;
6. The drilling shall be carried out in strict accordance with the hole position, orientation, angle and depth, and the driller shall not change it without authorization;
7. When installing the drill pipe, check the drilling rig to ensure that the drill pipe is not blocked, bent and the screw mouth is not worn. Unqualified drill pipes are strictly prohibited;
8. When loading and unloading the drill bit, strictly prevent the pipe tongs from clamping the cemented carbide sheet, flat drill bit and core pipe
