The main engine of our screw air compressor consists of rotor, cylinder, bearing and shaft seal. The compressor's efficiency depends on the rotor quality, while its lifespan is determined by the bearing and shaft seal. Kaishan stands out as the only manufacturer worldwide capable of producing a complete pedigree of rotors, with our 220kw rotor reaching an impressive 386cm diameter.

Our compressors utilize SKF bearings and operate at lower speeds with minimal extra force, significantly extending the equipment's working life. The direct-driven rotor design eliminates speed gears, resulting in lower operational speeds and higher efficiency. These features combine to give Kaishan compressors a longer service life compared to other brands, while providing stable, efficient power for mechanical equipment even under demanding conditions.

Our variable frequency screw machines incorporate international brand frequency conversion modules and specially enhanced motors with optimized speed characteristics. The control system features PID parameters specifically tuned for screw compressors, tested across hundreds of units for reliable performance.

The user-friendly interface allows simple parameter setting, while the inverter cooling system is specially designed for humid tropical climates. We've increased the oil-gas separator filter element area to support optimal working pressure settings for various applications.
