GK 200 Water Well Drilling Rig Machine Application
(1) It is mainly used for the general survey and engineering geological investigation of solid ore deposits, as well as the inspection holes for various concrete structures.
(2) The alloy can be selected according to different strata. Drill with composite chip and diamond bit.
(3) The rated drilling depth is 150m, the depth shall not exceed 180, the rated opening diameter is 110mm, the allowable opening diameter is 150mm, and the final hole diameter is 75mm.
Instructions for use of drilling and coring machine:
1) To ensure safe and normal operation, read the instructions before use, and get familiar with the structure and use of the drill. 2) After the drilling rig moves to the position where it needs to work, swing the traveling wheel 180 degrees backward, and operate the handle to make the traveling wheel and the steering wheel leave the ground. Adjust the four adjusting bolts to make the base firmly on the working position. At this time, the base plane is off the ground. 3) Wipe the drill column and lifting screw, and adjust the spindle position. 4) Connect the water pump to the water source and add water to the bucket to ensure that the water pump can supply water normally. 5) Install the upper drill bit. 6) Check and adjust all parts of the engine according to the requirements of the gasoline engine operation manual. If the engine is in normal condition, the engine can be started. Start drilling and coring.
