The ST-200 pneumatic DTH drilling rig is capable of drilling up to 305mm diameter holes for pore-forming purposes to a depth of 200 meters. This new generation multi-purpose DTH deep water well drilling rig features higher air power for faster drilling rates.

This machine is suitable for various strata and applications including water well engineering, geothermal wells, anchor pile holes, and can be used with follow-pipe drilling. It features whole machine hydraulic control, automatic loading/unloading of drill pipe, crawler type chassis, and four hydraulic support legs for superior terrain adaptability.

• Do not reverse rotator when drilling tool is in hole except as specified
• Maintain sufficient break out stroke when reversing to dismantle drill pipe
• Monitor temperature of moving parts (max 45°C for components, 60°C for oil)
• Check return oil pressure (stop if exceeds 0.35)
• Inspect for hydraulic system leaks regularly
• Shut down immediately if system pressure fluctuates abnormally
• Return all handlebars to middle position when not in use
• Follow strict safety procedures when withdrawing drill pipes
• Use proper tools and precautions when dealing with stuck connections
