(1) Always pay attention to the indication of pressure gauge. If the indication of pressure gauge or the safety device does not work after exceeding the pressure, find out the reason and clear the fault

Restart.

(2) Pay attention to whether the structure of the mortar pump and motor is normal. When any fault is found, stop the pump immediately and open the discharge valve to reduce the pressure and eliminate the fault.

(3) Attention should be paid to make the gland press the packing to avoid leakage. If there is still leakage after pressing, the packing or piston should be replaced according to the specific situation.

(4) The consistency of the mixed mortar shall be measured before entering the pump. During the test, the consistency meter shall be vertical to the slurry surface, and it shall be laid down easily to sink with its own weight.

(5) At the end of each shift, clean water must be pumped immediately, and the pipeline and pump interior must be cleaned until the ball valve, discharge port, suction port and discharge port are ensured
