The material
The geological drill rod body is made of special alloy steel rod (R780, DZ50), and the geological drill bit is made of high quality alloy structural steel (42CrMo), which is treated with true air conditioning, which greatly improves the anti-fatigue strength and anti-shear strength. [1]
The production process
Advanced friction welding welding process is adopted for production and processing, the drill rod has the characteristics of high bending strength and strong welding, which can ensure the requirements of straightness when drilling deep holes, and has a high fatigue strength and a long service life.
