Three materials of leather bowl

Nitrile rubber cup
It is suitable for normal drilling environment with working pressure below 20MPa and working temperature not higher than 120 ℃. It has excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and long service life in common drilling environment.
Polyurethane rubber cup
It has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. The working temperature is not higher than 120 ℃, which is suitable for oil-based mud with working pressure below 35MPa and working environment with high sand content.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber cup
It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion environment. The working pressure is 75mpa and the working temperature is 150 ℃. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a kind of rubber used in aviation. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is used in petroleum industry. It has wear resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It has good amine resistance and steam resistance. Especially in the high temperature and high pressure working environment, other rubbers are destroyed quickly by hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, steam and acid, but hydrogenated nitrile rubber cups show good comprehensive properties.
