The GK-200 Drilling Rig with hydraulic feeding is widely utilized and featured in high power and hoisting load(2T), large torque transmission, etc. The rotating speed of vertical hexagonal spindle varies between 71r/min-825r/min.
It is suited for geotectonic survey, geological core drilling, small hole drillings for grout, blast and water well in railway, water conservancy, bridge, dam foundation and other constructions. Diamond drill bit, alloy drill bit and steel roller drill bit are available for drilling according to different geological structures.

During drilling operations, the common problem is sticking - when pipe string and tools cannot be lifted, lowered or rotated in the well. This prevents normal operation of the drilling rig.
For broken wing issues (now rare due to current drill bit strength), use a section of seamless pipe with diameter matching the hole, filled with butter or asphalt, connected to drill pipe to remove broken pieces from hole bottom. Blow out rock powder before fishing.
In severe cases where drilling tool cannot move and impactor doesn't sound, apply external torque or use auxiliary tools to rotate the drilling tool while supplying gas until fault is removed. When re-drilling, apply pressure first then gradually increase propulsive force to normal working pressure.
