During drilling operations, residual rock slag may accumulate at the bottom of the hole, potentially causing the eccentric bit's rotating parts to become stuck by rock debris. This can affect retraction and production efficiency. When this occurs, apply air pressure to clean the hole again, allowing the DTH hammer to operate briefly before lifting the central drilling tool.
- Determine machine log length, quantity, and foundation type based on equipment type, drilling design angle, depth, and regional conditions
- Ensure all machine bases (wooden, channel steel, or I-beam) are stable, square, and level
- Install cross connecting bolts with washers and tightened nuts to enhance foundation bearing capacity and equipment stability
- For deep pit construction with unstable foundation rock layers, pour concrete foundations for drilling tower legs, rig, power machine, and lower excavation pit
- Follow installation sequence: drilling rig (intermediate shaft), power machine, mud pump, and other auxiliary equipment
- Integrate drilling rig and power machine base bolts with machine bed wood and machine sleeper intersections
- Align crown block center (or leading edge), vertical shaft center (or rotary table center), and drilling hole center in a straight line
- For belt-driven systems, maintain appropriate distances between components and ensure proper pulley alignment
- Install all equipment and auxiliary equipment bolts with washers and proper tightening
- Conduct team inspection and acceptance after installation completion; commence drilling only after meeting installation quality and safety protection requirements
