- Automatic telescopic rig supported by two high-strength oil cylinders with hydraulic valve control for safe, reliable, and efficient operation
- Rubber crawler chassis reduces weight, noise, vibration, and fuel consumption while protecting road surfaces
- Hydraulic high outriggers for drilling rig leveling, truck loading/unloading, and auxiliary support
- 24V electric start diesel engine reduces operator fatigue, especially in cold conditions
- Equipped with BW-160 mud pump for large flow and pressure with easy maintenance
- Optional hydraulic pipe screwing machine (75-168mm) available to enhance efficiency
Primary causes of drill pipe fracture include excessive bending moment during reaming and pipe pulling back. This typically occurs when the actual guide hole curve deviates significantly from the theoretical curve, or when the reamed hole becomes irregular, creating angles between the pipe and reamer/drill pipe axis.
During operation, the pump performs reverse circulation. Atmospheric pressure causes the circulating fluid to flow from the sedimentation tank to the well bottom via the return ditch along the annular well gap. Simultaneously, the rotary table drives the drill pipe and bit for rotation drilling.
