F4B is a brand of high frequency materials based on PTFE, originating from China. It offers cost and quality advantages for various applications including navigation, radar, satellite communication, 4G and 5G communications. The dielectric constant of F4B ranges from 2.2 to 2.65, with other values available such as 2.17, 2.45, 2.75, and 3.0. Copper weights range from 0.5oz to 3oz, and the board thickness ranges from 0.17mm to 5.0mm.

Our PCB Capability using PTFE includes the F4B series material with dielectric constants of 2.2, 2.55, 2.65, 2.17, 2.45, 2.75 and 3.0. We offer 2 Layer, Multilayer, and Hybrid type boards with copper weights of 0.5oz, 1oz, and 2oz. PCB thicknesses range from 0.17mm to 6.0mm and the maximum PCB size is 400mm X 500mm. Solder mask colors include green, black, and no color, with surface finishes including bare copper, HASL, and ENIG.

We also provide single sided, double sided, multilayer, and hybrid circuit boards made with FR-4. The common solder mask colors are green, black, and no color, and the usual surface finishes are bare copper, HASL, and immersion gold.
