Thick Printed Circuit Board 3.0mm Double Sided PCB Built On FR-4 With Immersion Gold for Data Acquisition.
1.1 General description
This is a type of 3.0mm thick PCB built on double sided FR-4 substrate with Tg 150°C for the application of data acquisition. It's small round circut board panelized 48 up. V-cut (v groove) and router are used on the panel, fiducial marks are around each board. Other specifications are green solder mask, white silkscreen and immersion gold. The base material substrate is from ITEQ IT-158. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 20 panels are packed for shipment.
