Mould position

Generally refers to the positioning mechanism of the mold, that is, any mechanism that can obtain lateral core pulling or lateral parting and reset action to pull out the product's undercut, depression and other positions.

It uses the mold opening action of the molding to make the diagonal brace tip and the slider move relative to each other, so that the slider moves along the mold opening direction and the horizontal direction to make it free from the undercut. as the picture shows:

α ≦ 25 ° (α is the inclination angle of the diagonal brace pin)
L=1.5D (L is the mating length)
S=T+2 ～ 3mm (S is the horizontal movement distance of the slider; T is the finished product undercut)
S=(L1xsina- δ )/cos α (δ is the gap between the brace tip and the sliding block, generally 0.5MM;
L1 is the vertical distance of the brace tip in the slider)
