Introduction of Precision Mold Parts

2. Equipment List: Horizontal injection machine, Double injection machine, Vertical injection machine, stamping machine.

3. Injection Molding Machines: We have 43 machines, buyed from Japan Fanuc, Taiwan YiZhan and China HongRui.

4. Processing methods/ technologies: For the automobile mold parts, it is processed by precision grinders and electrical discharge machines.

5. Processing equipments: Milling , Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM, etc.

6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.

7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing, etc.

Mould position

Generally refers to the positioning mechanism of the mold, that is, any mechanism that can obtain lateral core pulling or lateral parting and reset action to pull out the product's undercut, depression and other positions.

Positioning action principle and design essentialsedit

 

It uses the mold opening action of the molding to make the diagonal brace tip and the slider move relative to each other, so that the slider moves along the mold opening direction and the horizontal direction to make it free from the undercut. as the picture shows:

β = α +2 °～3 ° (to prevent interference when clamping the mold and reduce friction when opening the mold)
α ≦ 25 ° (α is the inclination angle of the diagonal brace pin)
L=1.5D (L is the mating length)
S=T+2 ～ 3mm (S is the horizontal movement distance of the slider; T is the finished product undercut)
S=(L1xsina- δ )/cos α (δ is the gap between the brace tip and the sliding block, generally 0.5MM;
L1 is the vertical distance of the brace tip in the slider)
