Uniaxial Plastic Geogrid Introduction
Plastic uniaxial geogrid is manufactured from plastic materials which may be high-density polypropylene or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins by the hot extruding process to make the resins into thin plates, the plates are punched into the regular holes for the formation of desired grids, and then the punching patterns are stretched longitudinally into the desired meshes to develop designed tensile strength.

Uniaxial Plastic Geogrid Feature
1. The polymer is in a linear state and forms a long elliptic network structure with uniform distribution and high node strength. This structure has high tensile strength and rigidity, which provides ideal chain system for soil to bear and diffuse the force.
2. The outstanding advantage of one-way plastic geogrid is that the deformation (creep) tendency is very small under long-term continuous load, and the creep resistance strength is much better than that of other materials, which plays an important role in improving the service life of the project.
Plastic Uniaxial Geogrid Applications
1. Strengthening the subgrade can effectively distribute the diffusion load, improve the stability and bearing capacity of the subgrade, and prolong the service life;
2. It can bear more alternating load;
