The scientific name of pps filter bag is polyphenylene sulfide, Polyphenylene sulfide PPS, specific gravity 1.38g/cm3, melting point 285℃, breaking strength 5.0g/d, limiting oxygen index 34. It is a crystalline high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic with many characteristics such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, etc. PPS operating temperature is 160℃-200℃. PPS has excellent heat resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and excellent hydrolysis resistance. It is also a good flame-retardant filter material with extremely high thermal stability. However, PPS has poor oxidation resistance and is prone to oxidation corrosion. BaosloneTM PPS is used in coal-fired boilers, as well as flue gas purification processes in waste incinerators, coke ovens, kilns, chemical drying and other processes. It is also used in carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, chemical industry, cement, electric power, etc.
