Filter Cage Aluminum Venturi 165x76x180mm Under Installation Cage Venturi

Filter cage aluminum Venturi is used for baghouse. It is a component for baghouse. The venturi combinates to the dust filter cage/bag top and CPO.

There are two ways to install this kind of Aluminum Venturi.

1) for top installation  When filter bag and cage in position, insert Aluminum Venturi into bags and cages through CPO, and then twist to lock it on CPO. Clamp bag and cage to venturi. And rivet venturi to CPO.

2) for bottom installation   Fasten and twist venturi to CPO, and pull packed bag and cage into venturi from the bottom. Clamp bag and cage to venturi. And rivet venturi to CPO.

Venturi Function:

a) support the cages and bags

b) if the spray torch (top blowing) is not straight venturi can adjust the compressed air flow, so reduce the scour to dust filter bags directly to extend the life of bags

c) make sure compress air reach deeper in bags to achieve a better dust cleaning
