1. Specification
Star cage, also names pleat cage, spider cage, is the bone and framework of bag, supporting the bag running, is special designed and made for star bag. Star Cages are welded by special supporting rings (Spiders). We are specialized in Star Cages design, develop and process. We have own stretch line, cut line, weld line, coating line and check equipment. Providing a wide range of star filter cages for bag house collector, which improve the performance, efficiency and bottom line of the bag house dust collector and flue.
Removable top (hanging) cap star cage is a special design to fit hanging/removal top cap. There are four wires bent on the top of cage, which are the shape of hook to hang into removable top cap, the balance of wires are a little shorter and bent inside like below picture. The installation of removable (hanging) top cap star cage is 1) put star/pleat bag into cell plate opening; 2) instert star/pleat cage body into the bag; 3) carry removable top cap close to star/pleat cage and hang together;  4) put cage back to the bag and make suer top cap cover the top of bag cuff
