Construction
Needle Punched felt filter is the main thing for dust filter, which is one of non-woven product. It is made of three layers.Scrim is the middle layer of felt, both sides of scrim are fibers, and then by needle stitching processing make the felt. According to the working conditions felt should do some finishing treatment.
Optional fabric: PE (Polyester), PP (Polypropylene), PA (Nylon), Aramid(Nomex), Acrylic, Fiberglass, PPS, PTFE, P84, etc
Finish Treatment: Singeing, Calendering, Heat Setting, Anti-static, Water&Oil Repellent, PTFE Membrane, PTFE Impregnation and so on.
Weight: 80-4000g/m²
Thickness: 0.3-10mm

- Polypropylene is attacked by UV light, and will dimensionally deform under unsupported load over 82ºC
- PPS is attacked by strong oxidising agents (O2, NOx, Br2) - the presence of which, lower its recommended operating temperature
- P84 is attacked by Sox in power station applications
- PTFE will elongate under load at elevated temperature
