1. Specification
Cages are frameworks for bags, which is the bone of bags and supports the bags running. Both bags and cages are the most important element for bag houses. Star cages are special designed and made for Star bags. Star Cages are welded by special supporting rings (Spiders). We are specialized in Star Cages design, develop and process. We have own stretch line, cut line, weld line, coating line and check equipment. Providing a wide range of star filter cages for bag house collector, which improve the performance, efficiency and bottom line of the bag house dust collector and flue.

Star cage joint: if cages were too long or top space of bag house was not enough, we suggest make cages in sections with joint like below
Pack
Our standard pack for cage is steel crate which is made of tube steel and laid steel plate at the crate bottom. The crate width does not excess 1140mm, so crate can be loaded in two pieces per the width of container, and the height of crate is subjected to the cage quantity and type of container. We seal the opening when cage put in. This kind of crate design can well protect cage and endure a long distance and time transportion.
2. The Match of Star bags and Cages
Star filter cages are special designed to fit star bags, which is not like ordinary ones with tigh match. Star cages is a kind of loose match of star bags, which is good for deashing.
