Product Overview

Studded fin tubes are manufactured using electrical resistance welding to attach specially formed studs (round pins) in rows around the tube. These tubes provide exceptional heat transfer efficiency, equivalent to 2-3 times that of bare pipes, making them ideal for high-temperature applications in corrosive environments.

Manufacturing Process

Steel studs are automatically resistance welded to the tube, producing high-quality forge welds. Our PLC-controlled welding process ensures consistent quality with precise control over stud placement, pitch, and welding parameters.
