Professional longitudinal finned tubes manufactured using advanced high frequency resistance welding technology for superior heat transfer efficiency in industrial applications.
Manufacturing Process
Our longitudinal finned tubes are produced by resistance welding fins in the longitudinal direction along the tube length. The fin strip is first formed into U-shaped channels, with each leg forming a fin. These channels are precisely cut and oriented along the tube length, then resistance welded in diametrically opposed pairs.
For any given tube size, the desired heat transfer surface area per unit length can be achieved by specifying appropriate fin height and quantity. Larger diameter tubes accommodate more fins for enhanced performance.
