Manufacturing Process
Longitudinal finned tubes are produced by resistance welding fins in the longitudinal direction along the tube length. The fin strip is formed into U-shaped channels, with each leg becoming a fin. Channels are cut to appropriate lengths, oriented along the tube, and resistance welded in diametrically opposed pairs, ensuring the number of fins is always a multiple of four.
