Solid plain and serrated extruded fins
Material Standards & Construction
Extruded bimetal finned tubes manufactured with seamless boiler tubes meeting international standards including ASTM A192, A210, and A179 for high-pressure service and heat exchange applications.
Construction Process
A smooth core tube is inserted into an aluminum sleeve, then fins are extruded from the aluminum sleeve. Fins are available as solid plain or serrated into 12, 16, or 24 segments according to design specifications. Both plain ends feature 10mm-50mm gaps (unfinned sections) in the middle. All products receive zinc or aluminum metallized coating applied via electro spray arc system.
