Product Overview
High-frequency welded fin tubes designed for demanding industrial heat exchange applications. These bimetallic finned tubes feature seamless construction with precision extruded aluminum fins for superior thermal performance.

Manufacturing Process
Our extrusion process involves inserting a smooth core tube into an aluminum sleeve, then extruding solid plain or serrated fins. Available in 12, 16, or 24 segments or custom designs. Both ends feature 10mm-50mm unfinned sections with zinc or aluminum metallized coating applied via electro spray arc system.
