DELLOK Steel Frame Grooved G Type H14 Height 16mm Aluminum Fin Tubes are high-performance heat transfer components designed for demanding industrial applications. These embedded aluminum finned tubes feature robust construction and superior thermal efficiency.
Manufacturing Capabilities
We operate 7 sets of G fin finning machines with a daily production capacity of up to 5000 meters. Our grooved fin tube manufacturing process is engineered to withstand high wall temperatures up to 350°C.

Manufacturing Process
The aluminum fin strip is tension wound and precisely embedded into a groove cut into the tube with approximately 0.4mm fluted depth, ensuring optimal thermal contact and mechanical stability.
Surface Protection & Quality Standards
Both ends of Grooved G type Fin Tubes receive Zinc or Aluminum metalized coating applied by an electro spray arc system. Our products meet API Standard 661 (Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for General Refinery Service) or specific delivery conditions (TDC).
Delivery Conditions
Tube ends are square cut, burr-free, internally dried and air blown clean, with external varnish coating applied at both ends. Each package includes desiccants for continental transportation protection.
