KL Type Tension Wound Tube combines aluminum fin strip with various base tube materials. The aluminum fin strip is folded into an L-shape and wound onto the base tube surface under tension, creating a durable mechanical bond.
Finishing & Protection
- Zinc or Aluminum metalized coating via electro spray arc system
- Square-cut tube ends, burr-free and internally cleaned
- External varnish coating at both ends
- Compatible with tube support boxes, clamps, and spacer boxes
