High-performance air conditioning copper alloy round tubes with 0.4mm fin thickness, designed for efficient heat transfer in industrial applications.

Manufacturing Process
LL Type Finned Tube (LL-Wound Fin Tubes) process involves wrapping the base tube with L-shaped fin strip under tension. The fin feet join together to cover the finned surface completely.
Quality & Finishing
All products receive Zinc or Aluminum metallization via electro spray arc system coating. Tube ends are square cut, burr-free, internally dried and air-blown clean, with external varnish coating at both ends.
