The fin strip (typically aluminum or copper) is folded into an L-shape and wound onto the base tube surface under tension. The feet of the fins are joined together and cover the finned surface, creating a durable and efficient heat transfer interface.

Surface Protection: Bare ends feature Zinc or Aluminum metalized coating applied by electro spray arc system
Delivery Condition: Tube ends are square cut, burr-free, internally dried and air-blown clean, with external varnish coating
