High-performance tension wound aluminum fin tube featuring knurled embedded design for superior heat transfer efficiency and corrosion resistance in demanding industrial applications.

Manufacturing Process
The aluminum fin strip is precision-folded into an L-shape and wound onto the base tube surface under controlled tension. The fin feet are joined together to completely cover the finned surface. All products receive protective zinc or aluminum metallization via electro spray arc system coating, with desiccants included for continental transportation protection.
