Product Overview
DELLOK Seamless Tension Wound KLM Type Structural Aluminum Tubing is engineered for high-performance heat transfer applications. This A192 SMLS carbon steel tubing with OD25×2.11WT LL overlapped aluminum cooling fins delivers exceptional thermal efficiency in demanding industrial environments.
Manufacturing Process
The aluminum or copper fin strip is precision-folded into an L-shape and wound onto the base tube surface under controlled tension. The fin feet are joined together to completely cover the finned surface. Both bare tube ends receive protective zinc or aluminum metalized coating via electro spray arc system.
