Manufacturing Process
LL Type tension wound fin tubes feature aluminum or copper fin strips folded into L-shape configuration and wound onto the base tube surface under controlled tension. The fin feet are joined together to provide complete surface coverage.

Surface Protection
Bare tube ends receive zinc or aluminum metalized coating applied via electro spray arc system for enhanced corrosion resistance.
