DELLOK LL Type Radiator Spacer Box SA210 Carbon Steel Fin Tube Seamless is a high-performance heat exchanger component designed for demanding industrial applications. This tension-wound finned tube features L-shaped aluminum or copper fins wrapped under tension onto a seamless carbon steel base tube.

Manufacturing Process
The LL Type finned tube manufacturing involves wrapping an L-shaped fin strip (typically aluminum or copper) under tension onto the base tube surface. The overlapping feet of the fins provide superior corrosion protection and structural integrity.
Surface Protection & Quality
- Bare ends protected with Zinc or Aluminum metalized coating via electro spray arc system
- Tube ends square cut, burr-free, internally dried and cleaned
- External varnish coating applied to both ends
- Compliant with API Standard 661 for Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers
