Internal Rib Condenser Seamless DIN1629 Low Carbon Steel Tube
High-performance integral low fin tubes manufactured from CuNi70/30, CuNi90/10, and 26FPI materials with internal rib condenser technology.
Product Overview
These seamless DIN1629 low carbon steel tubes feature integral fins rolled directly from the tube wall, creating a single-piece construction for maximum durability and heat transfer efficiency.
Quality Assurance
All integral low fin tubes undergo comprehensive testing including hydrostatic, pneumatic, eddy current, and MARCO tests to verify design specifications. Certified to WOLVERINE, HPT, GEWA-K & GEWA-KS standards.
Customization Options
Available with unfinned section gaps (5mm minimum) in the core tube or custom bending with specified bend radius. Each package includes desiccants for continental transportation protection.
