DELLOK 19mm Heat Exchanger Fin Tube
High Frequency Resistance Welded Helical Steel Fin Tubes designed for efficient waste heat recovery from boiler flue gas and industrial heating applications.
Product Overview
SS409/SS410 fin materials welded onto TP304/TP304L base tubes, available in solid plain and serrated fin configurations. Manufactured in compliance with ASTM A240/A240M standards for chromium and chromium-nickel stainless steel applications.

Manufacturing Process
Continuous spiral welding of fin strips onto polished bare tubes using high frequency resistance welding technique. Available as straight fin tubes or hairpin bent configurations.
Applications
Fired heaters, heat exchangers, boilers, economizers, pre-heaters, coolers, heat pipes, and industrial heating systems.
