Square or Rectangular H Fins are precision-welded onto steel base tubes using advanced H Fin Type Tubing technology.

Comprehensive testing includes hydrostatic or pneumatic tests, eddy current tests, and tensile tests to verify mechanical bonding between inner tubes and outer fins.
Surface Treatment
Exterior coating: Red oxide zinc phosphate primer. Interior protection: Volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) in water-soluble tablet form.
