Square or rectangular H fins are welded onto steel base tubes using specialized finning machines with 6 dedicated production lines.

Quality Testing

Comprehensive testing including hydrostatic/pneumatic tests, eddy current tests, and tensile tests to verify mechanical bonding between inner tubes and outer fins.

Surface Protection

Red oxide zinc phosphate primer externally and volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) internally for superior corrosion resistance.
