Heat Treatment: Stress relieved after U-bending (bending area plus 300mm for each leg)

Hydrostatic Test: Maximum test pressure 600 bar, soaking 10 seconds with dematerialized water

Packaging & Protection

Tubes are packaged in strong transport-worthy pre-fumigated wooden boxes with corresponding dimensions for each tube length, radius, and diameter. Additional protection includes polyethylene film wrapping and soft plastic caps on both tube ends to prevent rust.
