SMLS Longitudinal Finned Tube Overview
Seamless medium-carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes designed for fired heaters and tank heaters applications. Manufactured to ASTM A210/A210M (ASME SA210/SA210M) standards.

Manufacturing Process
Longitudinal I/L or U shape fins are welded onto core plain tubes using resistance welding or welding with filler metal (spot welded). Fin channels are welded to tubes in opposite pairs with customizable fin height, number of fins, and fin thickness.
