Crimped fins are spirally wrapped onto the base tube without welding, secured with spot welding. Non-ferrous tubes feature root soldering or complete tinning. Both bare ends are hot-dip galvanized for surface protection.
All crimped fin tubes undergo comprehensive testing including hydrostatic or pneumatic tests, eddy current tests, and tensile tests to verify mechanical bonding integrity.
