ASTM A106 Grade A Seamless Carbon Steel Tube For High Temperature Service
1. Product Description
This specification covers carbon steel tube for high-temperature service. These tubes are suitable for welding, bending, flanging, and similar forming operations.
Strictly tested accordance with the ASTM A106 standard, our products chemical composition and physical properties fully meet the requirements of the standard. This product is a seamless steel tube, which with cold drawing and hot rolling two produce ways in outer diameter of 1 / 8in-48in (3.2mm-1219.2mm), normally cold-drawn 8mm-168.3mm, hot-rolled >168.3mm.
For antirust purpose, customer can request black painted, blue painted, and oil soaking.
For both sides protection, customer can request plastic caps.
For up-market needed, customer can request addition internal and external burr cleaning and beveling.
2. Industrial application
ASTM A106 Grade A Seamless carbon steel tubes are widely used in high-temperature industries. This product is mainly used for header and steam pipe of low and medium pressure boiler (the working pressure is generally not more than 5.88MPA, and the working temperature is below 450 ℃).
