DELLOK G Type Finned Tube for Air Coolers
The DELLOK G Type Finned Tube features tension-wound aluminum fins embedded into machined grooves on the base tube, ensuring maximum heat transfer efficiency at high temperatures up to 450°C.
Manufacturing Process
Our advanced manufacturing process utilizes two non-cutting plates set at 90° to the tube axis. The first plate creates precision grooves for metal spinning, while the second directs the fin ribbon into the groove and secures the fin foot through controlled pressure. Tungsten carbide tooling enables production with austenitic steel and exotic alloy base tubes.
