Our extruded fin tubes are manufactured using advanced cold rotary extrusion technology. An outer aluminum tube is aligned over an inner base tube and pushed through rotating discs that extrude aluminum fins in a spiral pattern, creating a seamless mechanical bond between the two tubes.

We offer both single metal tubes (copper, aluminum, copper nickel) and bimetallic tubes with core materials including steel, stainless steel, copper, and copper nickel combinations.

Available materials include: Copper (C10200, C12000, C12200), Copper Nickel (C70600), Aluminum (1060), Aluminum alloy, and various bimetallic combinations including Aluminum-Steel, Aluminum-Stainless Steel, Aluminum-Copper, and Aluminum-Copper Nickel.
