DELLOK (YONGHUI RADIATING PIPE MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD.) specializes in high-performance extruded G type fin tubes designed for demanding heat transfer applications requiring superior thermal and mechanical performance.
Product Overview
These extruded fin tubes are engineered for applications involving high thermal or mechanical stress. Manufactured by continuously helically winding the strip into machined grooves and embedding it using high pressure, the displaced material creates a secure bond along the fin sides.
Manufacturing Process
The fin strip is rolled in a uniform taper, helically wound into a plowed groove in the tube wall, and simultaneously backfilled on both sides to lock the fin to the tube. No tube material is removed, ensuring excellent bond strength with high pull-out loads.
