Dellok Aluminum Embedded Fin Tubes are high-performance heat transfer components designed for boiler air coolers and industrial heat exchangers. These tubes feature mechanically embedded fins that provide exceptional thermal efficiency and structural stability in demanding applications.
The embedded fin tube manufacturing utilizes specialized non-cutting plates positioned at 90° to the base tube axis. The first plate creates a groove for metal spinning, while the second directs the fin ribbon into the groove and secures the fin foot through pressure application. This mechanical bonding process ensures superior fin-to-tube contact.
