Product Overview

The fin strip is precision-wound into machined grooves and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. This advanced manufacturing process ensures maximum heat transfer efficiency is maintained even at high tube metal temperatures up to 400°C.

Advanced Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing tool utilizes two non-cutting plates set at 90° to the base tube axis. The first plate creates precision grooves for metal spinning, while the second directs the ribbon into the groove and sets the fin foot through controlled pressure on the displaced metal. Specialized tungsten carbide plates enable production of G embedded fin tubes with austenitic steel or exotic alloy base tubes.
